I recently stayed with my husband in the lovely Marrols Boutuque Hotel for three nights. The moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the hotel is beautifully furnished and so comfortable. We had dinner two nights in the hotel and the food was delicious and the service was excellent. We really had a lovely time staying at Marrols - thank you to everyone.

Great hotel with perfect service for reasonable price. Super location within walking distance from the city center. Very pleasure welcome at the hotel. Hotel restaurant is also one of the top I have visited. Service at top level, skilled and knowledgeable waiters.

Marseille hotel is lovely, staff very attentive and professional, hotel interior is beautiful with lots of sophistication and elegance. Bedroom was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice and great selection of continental options. We stayed for the fixed price lunch which was great value and fantastic service. Over all would recommend this place and definately stay again.

We always love staying at Marrol’s. It is friendly, comfortable, calm and the chef cooks really great food. The public spaces are welcoming with the open fire and cookies and coffee on tap. Never disappoints.

Marrol’s is very conveniently situated for accessing the historic city centre yet there is no traffic noise and a tranquil ambience. Cleanliness, comfort and restaurant all excellent. Staff are particularly pleasant, courteous and efficient. Prices are high by local standards but represent extremely good value for visitors from (eg) the Uk.

Your facility is lovely, and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the extras that made me feel like a valued guest--the welcome drink, the fire in the hearth, the ease of booking the car to pick me up at the train, and the gracious and helpful front desk staff. The breakfast was completely luxurious, and I even stayed around for the lunch table d'hote, which was both delicious and exceptionally good value. The location was perfect--easy access to the Old Town on one side, and a quick walk to Eurovea and more modern pleasures on the other side. Thank you.

Absolutely delightful! Excellent staff! Beautiful room and bath! The best breakfasts of our 16 day vacation. Truly, the best breakfasts! Location: perfect. Our room was also quiet which is important for us. We owned a small, boutique, bed and breakfast for many years and know how important it is to offer good service and A wam smile. This was a beautiful hotel that far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Family Room on the top floor and it was luxurious and well appointed. The gym was great and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

To put it simply, you will not find a better 'value for money' hotel in Bratislava. This was my 4th visit to this beautifully furnished and stylish hotel that has a 1920’s feel about it. As usual Reception, members of staff, room facilities and cleanliness, and the hot and cold 'buffet' style breakfast could not be faulted. I was on a part business trip, and the top floor 'PC Room' with its printers is a great asset. I have never tried the Spa (or Gym!), or had dinner at the hotel, preferring the 5/6min walk into the Old Town, so cannot comment on these aspects. Reception also picked up on the fact that my visit coincided with my birthday, and a complimentary bottle of wine was left in the room. Don’t listen to me, try the hotel for yourself, you will not be disappointed!!

This is a superb hotel recommended to me by a Slovak friend who has lived in Bratislava many years. It has quality in every aspect from the staff and service to the rooms and ambience. The hotel has a personal feel, the facilities are first class. It is also not on a busy road and very quiet. Highly recommended.

The Hotel Staff are friendly and professional. I like the location and the style of the Hotel. It’s cozy and comfortable. Also the including Minibar is a good guest service. Breakfast is good. Not too much and not too less. For all my Bratislava visits I will surely stay at this Hotel.

I really don't like this practice of first reserving a deposit on the credit card and then charging the card the full amount later, in effect making the charge twice (even though the reservation will be reversed two weeks later). Apart from that everything was really good.
